Struct, Inc. ("Struct", "we", "us", or "our") provides a text-to-3D simulation platform that helps teams build and simulate autonomous systems with hyper-accurate real-world data. - Simulation inputs and content: prompts, text, configuration files, 3D assets/meshes, textures, scene graphs, metadata, and any other content you upload or connect to the Services.

- Telemetry and performance metrics related to simulation runs (e.g., load times, memory usage, errors, job statuses), which help us improve reliability and debugging tools.

- Identity and profile data from SSO/identity providers if you authenticate via those services.
- Analytics and attribution partners that help us understand site usage and marketing performance.
- Storage/CDN or model providers you connect to the platform at your direction.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Services and your account.
- Process simulations, generate outputs, store assets, and deliver results.

Email Communications and Subscriptions (Brevo/Sendinblue)
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage email subscriptions, newsletters, and certain web forms on our site (including embedded SIB forms). When you subscribe or submit a form, Brevo processes your email address, subscription preferences, IP address, and timestamp on our behalf to help deliver messages and maintain accurate consent records. Generated Content, Prompts, and Assets
You may provide prompts, training data, 3D assets, and other inputs to run simulations and generate outputs. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs as between you and Struct, Inc., subject to the license you grant us to host, process, transmit, and display such content as needed to provide the Services.
We may collect limited telemetry about simulation runs to improve system reliability, safety, and performance. Unless you opt into data-sharing programs, we do not use your private assets or prompts to train our general-purpose models beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.
Sharing of Information
- Service Providers: infrastructure, storage/CDN, analytics, CI/CD, and customer support vendors.
- Enterprise Integrations: third-party tools and providers you connect at your direction.
- Legal and Safety: to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal data with third parties for their direct marketing without your consent.
Data Retention
